CHU Sainte-Justine recognizes the right of each user or their representative to express their dissatisfaction without being subjected to retaliation.
The user or representative will receive a response regarding their complaint within the prescribed delay.
CHU Sainte-Justine follows the Health and Social Services Act concerning the complaints procedure.
Any user or representative can make a complaint. When he is not satisfied with the conclusion of his complaint, he has the right to appeal. A user is the person who did receive, is receiving, or should have received care and services from CHU Sainte-Justine.
CHU Sainte-Justine takes its clients’ point of view very seriously. Clients provide CHU Sainte-Justine with important information that helps us to continuously improve the quality of our care and services.
